Responsibilities

Deliver FSM and CSM module implementations, emphasizing OOB functionality
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Perform fit-gap analysis to determine configuration vs. customization needs, ensuring all customizations are formally approved
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow components such as Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integrations
Work with ServiceNow Architects and the Platform Owner to enforce development standards, governance, and reusability
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability across implemented solutions

Required

5+ yrs of ServiceNow development experience, including implementing FSM and CSM
Proven record of delivering OOB-first ServiceNow implementations
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integration approaches (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications
Knowledge of ServiceNow security, ACLs, and roles
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required

Preferred

Implementation Specialist – CSM or FSM – preferred
Experience in Agile / DevOps delivery environments
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
