Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field crews during installation and fabrication, ensuring accuracy, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications
Provide hands-on guidance to crew members when challenges arise
Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation including time cards and reports
Enforce all safety regulations and confirm crew members have up-to-date safety training
Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant job site
Communicate frequently with the Project Engineer and/or Engineering Coordinator to discuss status updates, resource needs, and scheduling
Maintain ongoing communication with engineers and customers during installation to ensure work aligns with expectations
Issue change orders, update red-line drawings, and prepare documentation requested by customers
Support process start-up and system checkout activities as needed
Conduct follow-up meetings with sales, engineering, and customers after project completion; elevate concerns or feedback to the Engineering Manager
Attend and lead Toolbox Talks and participate in safety meetings
Assist with field safety training and ongoing safety compliance
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree required
5–7 years of construction management experience
Willingness to travel 70%+ of the time
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver health screening
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to use technology to support and improve processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Background in plumbing or process systems preferred
