Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights for design decisions
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces
Design intuitive user flows and experiences that meet accessibility and usability standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design work with project goals
Apply design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across digital products
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Experience collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
