Manage and monitor the AP inbox, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation of vendor invoices

Review, verify, and reconcile company credit card charges, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accurate account coding

Prepare, review, and post journal entries for routine and adjusting transactions, maintaining proper supporting documentation

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are accurately stated and discrepancies are resolved promptly

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and files

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or answer inquiries related to payables, credit card transactions, and accounting entries

Support annual audit requests by providing easy access to relevant documentation and reconciliations
