Remote Sales Recruiter
Momentum Solar is building a top-tier Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a Remote Sales Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on attracting and hiring high-caliber candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and build out the salesforce
Use innovative strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Help shape the future of Momentum Solar by identifying and onboarding stellar team members
Qualification
Required
Sales-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for connecting with people
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to dynamic environments
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
