Huge volume - 7-8,000 units (manage them, take care of the payments)
Have 2 x AP (A-L) (L-Z)
Uploading invoices into system
Send to manager for approval
Doing a weekly check run
Managing utility bills and companies
Processing ACH/checks
Getting more vendors to ACH and supporting that
Manage their vendors - getting statements
Full Cycle AP
Volume = Hundreds
Will also support the front desk/receptionist area whenever the receptionist goes on break/lunch
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a high volume of accounts payable, specifically 7-8,000 units
Ability to upload invoices into the system
Experience in sending invoices to management for approval
Experience conducting weekly check runs
Ability to manage utility bills and companies
Experience processing ACH and checks
Ability to manage vendor relationships and obtain statements
Experience with full cycle accounts payable
Ability to support front desk/receptionist duties during breaks
