Manager, Central Operations
Randstad Enterprise is a leading global staffing company, and they are seeking a Manager of Central Operations to oversee talent onboarding, management, and compliance. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational efficiency and risk management.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and develop high-performing teams to meet financial objectives and service delivery standards
Performance Management: Monitor and coach team performance using established metrics; oversee engagement and professional growth
Operational Excellence: Implement operations-related policies, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent execution across the organization
Process Improvement: Participate in cross-departmental projects to standardize processes, improve SLAs, and identify cost-saving efficiencies
Compliance & Risk: Minimize organizational risk by identifying process gaps, conducting risk assessments, and supporting client audits
Strategic Communication: Provide senior leadership with evaluation-based recommendations and status reports regarding operational health
Training & Resources: Identify training needs and curate centralized resources (templates, case studies, and guidance) for internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Interface: Confidently partner with leaders across MSP, RPO, Payroll (RSPS/PICS), and Total Talent Solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's Degree with 7+ years of equivalent work experience)
MSP experience working in Managed Service Provider (MSP) is essential
5+ years of combined business, recruiting, and operations leadership in complex organizations
3+ years in recruitment operations, HR, payroll, and/or compliance
2+ years of direct supervisory experience
Knowledge of recruitment systems (ATS/CRM), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and Intermediate G Suite skills
Continuous Process Improvement or Lean training
Preferred
Proficiency in Lucid Chart, Smartsheet, or similar process documentation tools
Excellent critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and oral presentation skills
Proven ability to lead cross-cultural and remote teams through ambiguity
