Manage multi-line phones effectively

Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients, staff, and physicians
Qualification
Required
Experience with reception duties, including answering phones and greeting patients
Ability to prepare standard registration forms and review, verify and collect patients co-pays
Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multi-line phones
Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task and function effectively in an environment where it is necessary to perform several tasks simultaneously
Customer service skills; interact in a friendly, professional manner with a wide range of patients, staff, physicians and others
