Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and sales teams, leading C-suite engagements, strategy workshops, and value realization discussions
Design enterprise-grade architectures for application modernization, including cloud-native patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless), container orchestration, and integration of AI features (e.g., intelligent automation, GenAI-enhanced experiences, embedded ML, and agentic AI systems)
Lead creation of executive-level POCs, demonstrations, and vision presentations illustrating modernization pathways and AI-driven differentiation, with focus on agentic workflows
Craft strategic business cases, ROI justifications, and phased modernization roadmaps for complex application portfolios
Drive RFI/RFP strategy and responses, ensuring technical and commercial alignment while shaping client requirements
Deliver thought leadership on application engineering trends, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI integration
Ensure smooth transition to delivery teams, and develop intellectual property (e.g., frameworks, accelerators)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
10-15 years in senior presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or application development leadership roles at a systems integrator, consultancy, or vendor
Strong full-stack development experience across modern technologies (e.g., front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue, back-end with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, databases, APIs, and cloud services)
Strong experience embedding AI into applications (e.g., GenAI for personalization, ML ops, intelligent APIs, agentic frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph)
Demonstrated experience working with enterprise clients in at least one of the following industries: payment processing, retail, or property & casualty (P&C) insurance
Extensive track record leading large-scale application modernization initiatives, including legacy transformation to cloud-native and AI-infused architectures
Deeper understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning loops, tool integration, and their embedding in modern applications)
In-depth expertise in modernization strategies (e.g., rehost, refactor, rebuild), platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
Outstanding executive presence, client-facing skills, and proven success in influencing stakeholders and winning strategic deals
Superior communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
Willingness to travel for key client interactions
