Scheduling meetings with stakeholders and team members

Transcribe and distribute meeting talking points and other follow-up communications

Keep ongoing project documentation, progress reports and other shared documents up to date

Provide updates and communication with team members

Follow up on action items

Oversee the distribution of tasks for ongoing projects

Manage the project dashboard

Required

Students actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or a master's program with a graduation date between December 2026 – August 2027

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Excellent communication skills

Proven time management and organizational skills

Detailed oriented, critical thinker

Proficient with Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Preferred Major/Minor: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management with a minor in a technology related discipline

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Examples: Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project)
