Responsibilities
Coordinate new part number generation and support documentation for new material (datasheets, specification drawings, layout decals and compliance statements)
Managing the library for all the Anritsu manufacturing documentation, practices, safety datasheets and procedures
Investigate improvements in the new part release process
This position will be reporting to the Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA
Qualification
Required
BS college degree is preferred
Min 5 years of experience with documentation management and PCO/ECO process
Working knowledge of basic ERP systems prefer SAP
Microsoft Office intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Access
Team player and can-do attitude to make decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner
Must be able to work independently
Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet business requirements
High level of organizational capabilities
Excellent communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Strong team building skills to build bridges between different functional areas
Requires decision making abilities on complex programs, conflict resolution, problem solving, maintaining deadlines and leadership across organizations
Must be results, process, and data oriented
Must be customer focused and self-starter
