Responsibilities
Reviewing and preparing marketing materials for funds managed by the firm, assisting in fund formation matters, and advising investor relations regarding marketing activities and investor subscriptions and redemptions
Drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements and other documentation in connection with portfolio investment transactions, etc
Reviewing and summarizing relevant regulatory issues in the U.S., Europe and elsewhere
Working closely with investor relations, tax and finance professionals and outside counsel on work relating to ongoing operations of investment funds, fund governance matters and management of servicing arrangements
Qualification
Required
J.D. degree and 1-2 years' relevant work experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player who combines interpersonal and communication skills along with keen analytical
Excellent work ethic that demonstrates initiative, problem solving and continuous learning
