Set up and manage your own branded displays at events and retail locations
Engage directly with homeowners in a fun, face-to-face environment
Explain our products and services and build excitement about transforming their homes
Collect contact information and schedule free in-home design consultations on the spot
Work independently while contributing to a motivated, supportive event marketing team
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
A self-starter who can set up and manage event displays independently
Motivated to hit goals and take pride in your work
Interested in marketing, events, or sales — with a desire to grow your career
Have reliable transportation and can travel to events across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia
Have consistent weekend availability
Preferred
Previous event, retail, or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we'll train you!
