The role involves supporting the Product Content Manager and Product Development team in creating and editing content for games and toys, while gaining practical experience in product development operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with writing and editing copy for games, toys, and plush products to deliver assets in stride with development timelines
Brainstorm and provide multiple variations to explore different tones, humor styles, and gameplay ideas
Participate in team ideation sessions to help generate new game concepts or product expansions
Research cultural trends, memes, and social media content to inspire game content and identify potential spinoffs
Assist with identifying trending videos, images, and other content sources for inspiration on card prompts, jokes, and game mechanics
Help organize and maintain the content library, including card copy, instructions, and product descriptions
Collaborate with the team to iterate on concepts, refining ideas based on feedback and playtesting
Support the Product Content Manager in small projects across the content development process to learn the full lifecycle of game creation
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program or recent graduate
English/creative writing, product/game design, comedy experience, or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research skills
Collaborative and flexible, able to jump between ideas and topics with ease
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
