Responsibilities

Champion a firm-wide learning culture that empowers team members to grow, learn, and lead

Develop and execute a cohesive learning and development strategy that supports firm growth

Develop an onboarding strategy that engages new hires earlier in the process and helps them feel supported

Collaborate with Partners to conduct regular needs assessments across service lines to prioritize training initiatives

Design and deliver soft skills and leadership development programs tailored to all career levels

Oversee high-quality in-house training programs

Identify and manage partnerships with external training providers

Design and deliver engaging training grounded in adult learning principles

Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative learning solutions

Assess and potentially implement firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)

Manage CPE requirements and renewals of certification
