Responsibilities

Support our Spartanburg, SC team and clients through technical and administrative support
Help us stay connected with our client
Schedule and summarize meetings
Provide updates and reports on project financial performance
Communicate with other outside resources when needed
Provide support to the vendor/contractor invoice process
Provide auditors with any requested financial records
Assist the office project managers with the development of professional service agreements

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteFinancial reportingConstruction project controlsProject managementAdministrative knowledge

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook
Strong administrative and business operations knowledge a plus
Financial reporting experience

Experience with project management
