Responsibilities
You’ll serve as the SAP SD functional expert, working directly with business users to understand requirements, improve order-to-cash processes, and support day-to-day operations
Responsibilities include SAP SD configuration, gap analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support
You’ll lead SD-related support activities in ServiceNow, own issue resolution from analysis through unit testing, participate in integration testing cycles, and support SAP projects to ensure changes deliver expected downstream impacts
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP experience with deep functional expertise in SAP SD
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP integrations
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with project planning and enterprise SAP environments preferred
