Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Explain the importance of legal representation to accident victims
Use our proprietary call/lead tracking systems efficiently
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualification
Required
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Working cell phone, computer, and internet connection
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
Must live in one of the following states: TX, CA, GA, FL, MS, NY, NC, SC, or OH
Preferred
Knowledge of auto insurance processes
Understanding of legal rights after car accidents
Experience in a call center environment
Experience making upwards of 100+ calls a day
