Antitrust Litigation Counsel

Responsibilities
Help provide legal support for all products and businesses
Formulating and driving strategy for antitrust and regulatory matters
Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas
Managing day-to-day progress of competition-related cases, subpoenas, and investigations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with competition-related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred
Strong technology interest and aptitude
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
