Responsibilities

Participate in system architecture and design review

Develop solutions that are of high quality, scalable, and reliable

Work collaboratively in squads composed of Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers

Investigate and prototype technologies that can be leveraged to introduce innovations

Be self-directed, take initiative, and drive towards solutions with guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in software development

Experience in software development and a strong willingness to learn our technology stack, including: Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas), React, Node.js, and GraphQL

Experience working with relational or non-relational databases

Experience delivering high value to customers quickly and frequently, with regular feedback and support

Experience evaluating trade-offs between design approaches

Software engineering best practices (e.g., testing, code reviews, documentation)

Experience in developing scalable systems

Preferred

Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and AWS knowledge
