Legal Recruiting Coordinator
Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a Washington, DC Law Firm. This role involves providing administrative support to the recruiting department and assisting with various aspects of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department of a large Law Firm
Assist with the organization and implementation of the Summer Associate Program to include tracking pre-arrival information, drafting arrival notices, scheduling orientation sessions and exit interviews, and assisting in the planning of social events and training programs
Assist with all aspects of the on-campus interview process such as registering for on-campus interview programs, resume collection programs, job fairs, maintaining on-campus interview and candidate files, and scheduling candidates for interviews
Prepare summaries of lateral associate and judicial clerk profiles for Partner review
Monitor and update applicant information in the recruiting database
Maintain legal recruiting database and candidate files
Prepare weekly reports for Partners summarizing the current candidate pipeline and recruiting efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 3 years recruiting experience required
Experience with HRIS databases
Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance competing priorities and work efficiently to meet multiple deadlines
A self-starter who accepts responsibility and takes initiative
