Responsibilities
Direct executive support to the Americas CCO
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
Coordinate international travel (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries)
Prepare executive-level materials (briefings, decks, agendas, reports)
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for senior internal/external stakeholders
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Coordinate global meetings, video conferences, and events
Support limited personal tasks tied to executive efficiency
Ensure adherence to internal policies and operational processes
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Proven support for C-suite or senior executives (CCO, GC, CRO, CFO, CEO)
Experience in financial services, banking, compliance, legal, or regulatory environments
Strong international exposure (global teams, travel, time zones)
Highly discreet, polished, proactive, and detail-driven
Comfortable working onsite full-time with occasional off-hours support
English fluent
Preferred
French is a strong plus
