Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Engineering Practice in Mechanical Engineering
Purdue University School of Nuclear Engineering is inviting applications for non-tenure track Faculty of Engineering Practice positions in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidates will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, support student research, and engage in industry outreach, focusing on areas such as automotive and sports engineering.

Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses, including both core and elective undergraduate and graduate courses
Offer student experiential learning activities
Support the School through industry outreach, undergraduate and graduate student research activities
Qualification
Required
Must hold a Ph.D. degree, or an MSc. Degree with at least 5 years of professional experiences, in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sports Engineering, or a related discipline by the start date of employment
Demonstrate potential to integrate their professional practice with the School of Mechanical Engineering's research, education, and/or engagement/outreach programs
Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses, including both core and elective undergraduate and graduate courses
Offer student experiential learning activities
Support the School through industry outreach, undergraduate and graduate student research activities
Location of this position, including teaching responsibilities, is in Indianapolis
