Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Ancillary departments

Focus on growth, service line expansion, operational efficiency, and financial performance

Champion innovation and high-quality care, aligning ancillary services with the clinic’s patient-centric and physician-led mission

Identify and lead expansion opportunities including new services lines (e.g., advanced imaging, molecular testing), satellite site development, and direct-to-consumer offerings

Required

Seven to ten years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably within a physician-owned or outpatient clinical environment
