TLI - Transco Lines, Inc. is a growing company looking for Helpdesk Support I within their IT department. The role involves providing excellent IT support to over 300 employees, utilizing modern technologies and a ticketing system to resolve issues and maintain hardware inventory.

Responsibilities
Utilize ticketing system to document issue status and resolution
Setup and image PCs for deployment
Support Windows OS
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting systems, printers and desktop/laptop components
Provide support and installation of software applications
Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT hardware
Use remote access software to troubleshoot technical problems
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
Assist in troubleshooting and configuring phone system settings
Assist with basic Android tablet troubleshooting
Assist with general printer maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting
Rotational on-call support
Provide support via deskside, email, and phone
Additional duties and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D
1-2 years of experience or its equivalent formal training preferred but not required
Comfortable working within a team environment and/or independently
Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively and complete required projects on time
Ability to identify the elements of a situation/ability to visualize, articulate and solve problems
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
A desire to learn and excel

Remedy experience a plus
