Qualification
Required
1 year health care experience
1 year customer service experience
Superior interpersonal skills
Customer focused work ethic
Skilled in analysis of objective and subjective information
Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills
Skilled in organizing, planning and completing projects
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
