Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals
Identify and analyze key stakeholders, including executive leadership, internal staff, and external partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster buy-in, alignment, and commitment to change initiatives
Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the change lifecycle
Develop clear, consistent, and audience-appropriate messaging to support awareness, understanding, and adoption
Assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance or barriers to adoption
Design, facilitate, and deliver stakeholder communications and training activities to support readiness and adoption
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure change effectiveness and adoption success
Continuously monitor outcomes and stakeholder feedback, adjusting change management approaches as needed
Perform other duties as required to support project and organizational objectives

Required

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Organizational Change Management
Minimum of four (4) years of experience serving in a lead role for Organizational Change Management initiatives
Minimum of three (3) years of experience assessing stakeholder expectations and designing, facilitating, and delivering stakeholder communications and training
Certification in ADKAR, Prosci, or an equivalent change management methodology

Preferred

One (1) to two (2) years of experience implementing or maintaining change management activities for a public-sector system
