Responsibilities

Manage design projects from concept through issued-for-construction documents

Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, surveyors, and internal stakeholders

Develop and maintain design schedules and track deliverables

Lead design coordination meetings and manage action items to closure

Ensure design intent is translated into clear, accurate, and buildable construction documents

Identify design conflicts and resolve them prior to construction

Manage design changes and evaluate cost and schedule impacts

Support construction administration and collaborate closely with field teams

Travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed
