Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations on healthcare, higher ed, and K-12 projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
Enforce safety standards and lead site safety meetings
Coordinate inspections, QC, and punch lists
Partner closely with PMs to track progress and resolve field issues
Mentor Assistant Supers and field staff
Qualification
Required
Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
Healthcare, higher ed, or K-12 background (essential)
Experience on $10M–$100M+ commercial projects
Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills
