Responsibilities
Organize and process financial transactions related to AP and AR
Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
Voucher vendor invoices and process accounts payable checks using Great Plains
Post inventory and sales batches
Enter customer cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
Maintain and process credit card transactions using IC Verify
File vendor invoices, sales packets, and daily financial documentation
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Support purchasing and accounting leadership with day-to-day needs
Identify and suggest process improvements
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP)
Experience with IC Verify credit card software is a plus
