ODAS Oracle Consultant
Cyberdata Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ODAS Oracle Consultant to implement and upgrade Oracle systems and manage enterprise databases. The role involves applying critical updates, optimizing performance, and ensuring security for Oracle applications while migrating data and integrating with other systems.

Responsibilities
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to implement the version upgrade, changes, and patches in silent mode for the Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c, 19c, & 21c, RAC Database 12c, 19c, & 21c (including Advanced Security features), Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c, 19c, & 21c (including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and Oracle Cloud Control), Oracle Database Vault, TIBCO Spotfire, and all common components of each application
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to apply and implement the Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU) published quarterly and urgent hotfix to enterprise database on RAC, Fusion Middleware for OAM (Oracle Access Manager) and OUD (Oracle Unified Directory) as well as WebLogic, Java and e-Business Suite Oracle BI Publisher including tuning and optimizing the performance of Oracle applications and reports, after the CPU has been applied
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to efficiently manage and upgrade the 2 factors authentication ( 2FA) methodology with hands-on experience by passing the certificate of PIV Card from one application to another vendor’s application (such as TIBCO Spotfire) and still maintain the integrity of the Web Portal
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall have hands-on experience in configuring DMZ, proxy server, SSL, and firewall. Also, the Oracle consultant/implementer shall have strong programming skills, be able to script the assigned jobs with WLST, shell script, Python, Perl, and PHP
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to perform the unstructured data analysis with Oracle and define an implementation strategy to include ever growing unstructured data (including social media) into a proper/recommend Big Data system
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to present Oracle capacity plan to expand and configure the new/existing SAN devices mapping with host database servers and create and configure Oracle ASM disks including the use of Oracle ASM utility (ASM library and ASM Filter Driver) to increase the exiting disk storages and optimize the entire Oracle disk storages
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to migrate the Oracle data efficiently and correctly to a new SAN device and maintain the existing the database functions/schemas, Oracle Fusion Middleware components, as well as the Oracle Cloud Control and database vault
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to migrate and/or reinstall existing applications and configuration for the Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c, 19c, & 21c, RAC Database 12c & 19c (including Advanced Security features), Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c & 19c (including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and Oracle Cloud Control), Oracle Database Vault, TIBCO Spotfire Server visualization, and all common components of each application to new server hardware and operating system versions. This will allow for hardware and software lifecycle maintenance of the ODAS environment
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to efficiently integrate and manage the Oracle Web Application (2FA) with other non-Oracle applications, such as TIBCO Spotfire, using the approved computer languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, or Perl
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall have Oracle Linux expert knowledge to write automation scripts for the assigned tasks including Shell scripts, Python, and Perl
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall serve as an Oracle master to guide and implement the monitoring and security features using rulesets, rules, factors, and jobs including batch/automation and alert functions in the Oracle Cloud Control and Oracle database vault to generate the management reports for evaluation
The Oracle consultant/implementer should perform the knowledge transfer for operational management
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall possess the OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) and preferable if the Oracle consultant/implementer holds an active Oracle Certified Master certification
The Oracle consultant/implementer should provide detailed documentation (step by step) for each assigned tasks including screen shots
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall possess a Tier 4 Public Trust, High Risk security
