Provides operational and administrative support for the Office of Graduate Admissions
Managing initial contact with prospective and admitted students
Managing student communications data in the admissions CRM
Provides support to the student recruiting staff in graduate admissions
Works closely with the graduate admissions team providing operational and administrative support related to on-campus and off-campus recruiting activities
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to interact in a courteous and professional manner in a wide range of professional venues and settings
Demonstrated ability to support and maintain a productive, collaborative, and continuous relationship with colleagues in multiple units such as Graduate Admissions, Graduate Programs, and Career Management Center
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
Exceptional skills with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Basic office budget management that includes the use of Concur or a similar system
Experience working with a CRM system
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in customer service
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience using an ERP system for educational institutions such as Banner
