Responsibilities

Creating user manuals with assistance from engineers. User manuals to include operating instructions, troubleshooting guides, bills of materials, and spare parts lists

Developing technical engineering documents including product data sheets, new product releases

Create assembly instructions

Properly file all documentation to be used by other departments

Assist with entering part and assembly information into our ERP system

Assist engineering as needed with general administration tasks

Qualification

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint

Technical writing

Working in an engineered to order environment

Viewing and reading engineered drawings

Inventory management system / MRP software

Preferred

AutoCAD / Draftsight 2D CAD experience

Solidworks 3D Cad

Solidworks EPDM

Microsoft SharePoint

Wrike or other similar project management software
