Responsibilities
Work with customers to confirm details on scope of work for all new jobs
Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion
Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, internal teams and contractors
Coach project supervisors to drive performance and accountability
Conduct site inspections for safety, workmanship quality, and progress
Lead safety meetings and training, promote site safety, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Track and manage labor hours and material costs
Deliver a standout customer experience on every project
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer-facing role required
Experience supervising field-based crews required
Basic computer proficiency required
Valid driver's license required
