Responsibilities

Responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our critical Evogence applications
Leverage your deep understanding of Evogence functionalities and your strong technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to their ongoing development and optimization
Provide day-to-day support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
Analyze and diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

Qualification

Required

Atleast 6-8 years experienced Evogence Application Resource
Responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of Evogence applications
Deep understanding of Evogence functionalities
Strong technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of Evogence systems
Troubleshoot issues and contribute to ongoing development and optimization
Provide day-to-day support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
Analyze and diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
Experience in working SPC integration toolkit, RFID and KPIs
ITIL
