Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and mitigate global financial risks, especially currency (FX) and interest rate volatility, using strategies like hedging
Ensure sufficient global liquidity, optimize cash flow across borders, manage bank relationships, and implement cash pooling/forecasting
Plan and execute funding strategies, manage debt, and oversee investments in capital markets
Provide financial insights, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions with data
Develop and enforce treasury policies, ensure adherence to internal controls, and manage regulatory requirements
Advise senior management (CFO, Board) on financial strategy, market conditions, and potential impacts on the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
Several years in corporate treasury, finance, or related fields
Strong financial modeling, data analysis, IT/treasury systems knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and ethical judgment
Deep understanding of global economic trends, financial markets, and regulatory landscapes
