Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and using standard hand/power tools and precision instruments
Maintain accurate buyoffs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances
Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control

Required

Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies
Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining
Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data
Use of tooling: torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and good communication with engineers and teammates
Certifications (A&P), specialty training or equivalent experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)
