Responsibilities

Defining end-to-end solution designs for BSS and OSS projects, modernizing legacy systems and migrating to cloud-native, scalable solutions

Collaborating closely with product managers and business partners to ensure that capabilities align with business needs

Working closely with the engineering delivery teams implementing the solutions

Monitoring industry trends and new technologies, recommending solutions that enhance business support systems and operational support systems functionality and efficiency

Ensuring compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field

Demonstrated ability in BSS/OSS solution architecture and design within the telecommunications industry

Good understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS

Solid understanding of API standards and system integration patterns

US or Canadian Citizenship required

Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Good understanding of how to build with a domain driven approach

Excellent partner management skills, with the ability to drive multi-functional collaboration

Experience with satellite telecommunications products and services

Knowledge of industry standard including those from TM Forum ODA, MEF and 3GPP

Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
