Responsibilities
Review and analyze complex deal documents to support opinion drafting
Interface with deal counsel and clients to obtain required documentation
Draft and finalize opinions in line with client expectations and closing timelines
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with large, sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
3+ years of experience with CMBS transactions
2+ years of experience drafting and/or reviewing legal opinions
Strong drafting, proofing, and communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law
Able to provide three professional references (after interview)
Preferred
Corporate or bankruptcy experience is a plus
