Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex image datasets (e.g., microscopy, medical scans, satellite) to derive quantitative insights and correlate with clinical or experimental data
Develop scalable pipelines to process large clinical datasets, manage image quality (QC), and ensure data consistency
Assist in building custom software and scripts for image analysis, data management, and visualization
Work with radiologists, clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to integrate tools into clinical workflows and research
Perform other duties as assigned in support of research goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
Preferred
Preferred bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or data science
MSc degree in related field
Prior experience in medical imaging research is preferred
