Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to shareholders using prepared scripts
Answer inbound questions and provide clear voting information
Record call outcomes accurately and follow standard operating procedures
Support ongoing proxy campaigns with basic administrative tasks
Work onsite daily in a fast-paced, professional environment, with additional remote hours (OT eligible)
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and professional phone presence
Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured workflows
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures
Available for immediate, contract-based work in New York
Technical proficiency and access to a device for remote access (bring your own device policy)
Understanding of basic finance principles
