Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Manage accounts payable by reviewing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments
Record journal entries and complete account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Assist with monthly and periodic reporting using Excel and accounting software
Collaborate with internal teams to review financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
Coordinate customer shipment releases to warehouse locations to support on-time delivery
Track inventory levels, perform periodic counts, and reconcile variances
Partner with warehouse teams to support efficient storage and distribution operations
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and external partners to resolve shipping or supply issues
Assist with improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Learn both accounting and logistics functions to provide backup coverage when needed
Step in during absences or high-volume periods to maintain workflow continuity
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge across departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Inventory or logistics experience is a plus
