Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and interpret commercial data to support strategic planning and performance improvement

Identify trends across sales activity, targeting, and performance—and translate them into actionable insights

Build clear dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations for leadership and board-level discussions

Support biopharma business development, provider sales, and account management teams with timely analytics

Maintain and optimize CRM and commercial systems to ensure data accuracy and usability

Partner with leadership to refine targeting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking

Manage sales compensation tracking and reporting in collaboration with sales leadership and finance

Oversee incentive structures, awards programs, and performance visibility

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in commercial processes

Develop solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Adapt reporting and systems as business needs and market conditions evolve

Required

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise

Experience working with CRM and commercial data systems (HubSpot or similar)

Ability to translate complex data into insights for non-technical audiences

Experience supporting sales, business development, and account management teams

Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Background in specialty pharmacy, pharma, biotech, or rare/orphan disease markets

Experience with sales compensation design and tracking

Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
