Office Services Coordinator

Confidential company is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves managing shipping and receiving, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with vendors and building management to ensure a clean and functional workplace.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Manage all shipping and receiving, including domestic and international shipments
Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies
Purchase supplies as needed, including off-site shopping when required
Stock office, kitchen, and shared area supplies to ensure consistent availability
Clean and maintain high-traffic areas daily, including conference rooms and kitchen spaces
Perform miscellaneous handyman and light maintenance tasks as needed
Receive, track, and coordinate maintenance requests with the landlord and/or external vendors
Set up and break down rooms for meetings, town halls, and company events
Assist with special projects and ad hoc facilities-related tasks as assigned

Required

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and stocking supplies
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, landlords, and internal teams
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Regularly required to move supplies and furniture
Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical labor throughout the workday

Preferred

Previous experience in facilities, office operations, or a related role preferred
Basic handyman or maintenance skills a plus
