Responsibilities

Ensure safe, efficient, and effective utilization of Making personnel, equipment, and financial resources
Ensure compliance with all FDA Regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Quality Assurance Standards
Ensure total compliance to Company directed Safety STOP and Plant 5s Programs
Identify, write, and obtain approval for all required Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Audit and update current SOP's and WI's as required by Company policy
Evaluate Technical staff performance; write hourly PA's
Trouble shoot equipment and process issues affecting safety, quality, and production
Evaluate current operations and provide suggestions for improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency

Required

3+ years' experience in a production environment
3+ years' prior experience as a plant services technician or quality services technician
Prior experience managing 3+ direct reports

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
Recent graduate in Engineering with prior Internship experience will be considered
