$18/hr - $18/hrOffice Pride Franchise Opportunity is a respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning company. They are seeking an Office Assistant and Day Janitor Floater responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing employee files, and assisting with deliveries and errands.

Responsibilities
Deliveries to clients (vehicle provided)
Mops and Cleaning Rags Laundry (sort, wash, dry, fold, put away, pick up, drop off)
Maintaining cleanliness of office
Shovel snow at front entry in winter
Pulling weeds in front of building and collecting any debris in yard in summer
Covering the scheduled cleaning for clients if regular employee absent
Handling front door walk-in traffic and appointments
Filter employee incoming calls and emails
Processing applications & conducting new employee interviews
Managing and maintaining employee files
Tracking and managing employee time off requests, employment dates etc
Coordinating schedules for night staff
Managing employee time clocks
Errands (ex: making copies of keys, running to Wal-Mart)
Cleaning, stocking, organizing janitorial supply rooms of rags, mops, chemicals etc
Other odd duties requested by others in the office
Qualification
Required
Physically able to complete duties listed
Able to bend and lift 50 lbs
Valid driver's license
General computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel etc
A criminal background check will be ran
Trustworthy, Team player & Customer service skills
Excellent organization and communication with other office staff
