Responsibilities
Pull and interpret data from structural drawings to support cost estimating
Perform design and calculation work for change orders on active construction projects
Coordinate with internal engineering and construction teams to ensure design accuracy
Participate in occasional site visits to understand how estimates and designs translate to field conditions
Maintain project documentation and design files
Minimal travel required (primarily early site visits to observe construction practices)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
0–2 years of work experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Ability to read and understand structural or construction drawings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn MBS software and internal design workflows
Preferred
Experience with PEMB or metal building engineering
Internships or co-ops related to building structures or foundations
