Build long-term relationships with finance and accounting professionals, acting as a trusted career counselor on a variety of important issues (job openings, hiring trends, career progression, resume writing, etc..)

Build close partnerships with corporate clients crafting strategies to attract top talent to their organizations

Develop business opportunities with new clients leveraging the reputation and resources of a 55-year executive search firm

Manage the interview process for candidates and clients alike from interview to offer stage

Recruit and assess potential candidates connecting career-focuses professionals with great opportunities

Conduct in-person, video, and phone meetings with corporate clients and candidates
