Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify property owners, managers, or authorized decision-makers for assigned business locations using public records, online directories, and commercial data tools (e.g., Biscred, DataCaptive)
Execute a structured multi-channel outreach cadence (email, phone calls, and physical mail) to establish contact and request permission for fiber facility builds
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all outreach activities, contact attempts, and outcomes in the designated tracking system or CRM
Coordinate with Evergreen BIC Engineers and internal project managers to escalate complex cases or schedule follow-up actions
Respond to inquiries from property owners and provide clear, professional information about the fiber build process, benefits, and next steps
Track and report on outreach progress, response rates, and success metrics weekly
Participate in weekly team meetings and provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer outreach, inside sales, field coordination, or a related role
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage professionally with business owners and property managers
Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and outreach tools (e.g., email sequencing platforms, call logs)
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently while maintaining a courteous and professional tone
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach tasks across multiple locations
Familiarity with commercial real estate, telecom, or utility infrastructure projects is a plus
Preferred
Experience using data enrichment tools such as Biscred, DataCaptive, Hunter.io, or Clearbit
Knowledge of fiber installation or telecom infrastructure processes
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, especially for outreach in Florida
