KellyOCG is seeking a skilled, contingent Seasonal Remote Pilot to join their team. This role involves operating drones to collect imagery of agricultural fields and managing data logistics for customer projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute drone flights and data collection at customer field locations
Manage data logistics, from collection to delivery for customer projects
Proactively resolve scheduling problems and conflicts, presenting alternate solutions
Maintain and update project schedules for drone flights and data service delivery
Operate, maintain, and repair drone and payload equipment
Collaborate with technical teams, testing and using custom hardware/software products
Participate in team meetings via MS Teams and occasional client calls
Comply with company policies and procedures

Required

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
0–2 years of professional experience in digital/precision agriculture (general ag experience preferred)
Strong computer and technical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer service orientation and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and uphold confidentiality
Analytical mindset, flexible team player, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license
Part 107 Certified Small Unmanned Aircraft Pilot is required

Preferred

College students able to work full-time during summer break are encouraged to apply. Start date can be delayed until mid-May for these candidates
